Sydney Summertime Concert Series Coming to Centennial Park

NSW will welcome a major new concert series next summer, with Sydney Summertime set to bring international and Australian artists to Centennial Park across consecutive weekends in February and March 2027.

The inaugural event will add to Sydney’s major events calendar, attracting thousands of music fans while supporting local businesses, jobs and the NSW visitor economy.

Australian performers will feature on every day of the program, with a focus on showcasing NSW talent alongside major international acts.

Beyond live music, Sydney Summertime will feature NSW food and drink through artisan markets, with Sydney restaurants, bars, food trucks, cellar doors and regional producers taking part.

The event is expected to generate around $8 million in visitor expenditure, benefiting accommodation, hospitality, retail, transport and other businesses across Sydney and NSW.

The concert series has been secured by Destination NSW and will be presented by Black Peach X, founded by producers associated with major Australian festivals including Splendour in the Grass, Falls Festival and Homebake.

Minister for Music and the Night-time Economy John Graham said the new series would add another major live music event to Sydney’s calendar and support the city’s music sector.

Artist line-up and ticket details are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
