The Australian Digital Asset Investment Association Gala, co-hosted by AFT Group, AUXSTO, MYK Foundation and NUGENESIS was held at Sofitel Darling Harbour on 28th February 2022 and the event was met with great success.
The event focused on the discussion of the development of cryptocurrencies and digital assets in Australia, along with the potential challenges the industry will face in the future.
The AFT Group also celebrated the formation of major partnership agreements with an Australian venture capitalist and a renowned local fin-tech group, respectively.
List of notable guests included Craig Chung of City of Sydney, former Mayor of Strathfield Tony Maroun, Benjamin Cai of Strathfield Council, ADIA Vice Chairperson Jaylin Mao, Australian Women United Association Nancy Wang, AFT Group founder Tony Lu and co-founder Paul Liang. Many more government officials and industry leaders joined the event to contribute to the discussion.
The night was split into four main subjects – the introduction of ADIA, AFT Group’s signing ceremony, the introduction of Rivergold, and the introduction of NUGENESIS.
Jenni of MYK Funding also presented and pitched the first locally developed P2E game, MyKingdom, which was built on the back of block chain technology.
The event concluded with Mr Tony Lu’s closing statement, he stressed that the digital assets industry will become one of Australia’s fastest growing field of investments within the next 10 years.
