Woodlea launches game-changer for First Home Buyerswith 10/90 contracts as demand booms

Homeward secures $371M to help homebuyers and their agents win with cash offers and buy before they sell in today’s competitive market

Woodlea, the fastest-growing master-planned community in the West, is shaking up the property market with a collection of entry-level house and land packages, which marry the best of affordability and quality with a unique contract structure.
