Vicinity Centres has offloaded more non-core shopping centre assets for a total $195.5 million.
The ASX-listed real estate firm has agreed to sell the Corio Central centre outside Geelong for $101 million and its 25 per cent interest in the Mt Ommaney Centre southwest of Brisbane for $94.5 million.
Vicinity says it will use the proceeds to repay debt in the short term before potentially spending on improvements to more strongly performing centres.
