Australian dwelling prices showed their largest monthly rise since May 2015 with a 1.2 per cent rise in October.
The rise marked a fourth straight monthly increase, according to the CoreLogic Home Value Index monthly survey.
The strongest growth was in Melbourne and Sydney, but dwelling prices were up across every capital city except Perth.
