NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet has extended health restrictions for another month and has flagged a return of elective surgeries in mid-February.
Density limits, bans on singing and dancing and mask mandates will remain for another month.
“This is a cautious approach, a safe and measured approach, as we move through this next phase,” Perrottet says.
He urges people to get their booster shot.
“We really need to get that booster shot rate higher,” Perrottet says.
