I want to acknowledge Melinda Pavey and Adam Marshall for the critical roles they have played as part of the NSW Cabinet since 2017.
I thank them both for their tireless work on behalf of NSW through some of the toughest times in our State’s history, including the worst drought on record and a global pandemic.
Across her portfolios of Roads, Maritime and Freight and more recently as Minister for Water, Property and Housing, Mrs Pavey has worked to build stronger communities with better roads, better housing and improved water security while planning for the future through our investment in dams.
Likewise as Minister for Agriculture, Mr Marshall has worked to support the farm sector through some of the worst natural disasters in living memory and embedded the right to farm in law. This built on his achievements as Minister for Tourism and Assistant Minister for Skills.
I know both are committed to their continued advocacy for regional communities as key members of the Nationals’ team.
